RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@babyoga.com to initiate a return/exchange.

Returns accepted if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges with the exception of damaged or defective items.

All return or exchange shipping + handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise sent back must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Merchandise not in this condition will not be accepted.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note it may take up to 2-3 weeks to process your return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time. Please email us at hello@babyoga.com to initiate a return.  Final decisions on an item's status as being "damaged" or "defective" will be handled at babyoga's discretion. We always do our best to make fair and gracious decisions on return items.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

We do not accept order cancellations or changes to orders at any time. Please double check all items and sizes in your cart as well as your shipping address for accuracy before completing check out. Please see our order exchange policy.

FAQ

1. DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we are happy to ship orders all over the world. In addition to the shipping cost, which may be increased anywhere outside the contiguous United States, there are possible import tariffs and brokerage fees that will be responsibility of the customer. babyoga will not be responsible, nor are we able to calculate, customs duties and fees that may applicable when shipping merchandise outside of the USA. As the purchaser you accept on behalf of yourself and/or the recipient any fees or duties assessed on shipments leaving the USA. 

2. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please note that after your order is placed it may take up to 3 business days for your order to process and ship at our warehouse. All orders are confirmed via email which contains relevant tracking information.  When you order an item at babyoga.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you.

3. HOW CAN I SELL BABYOGA IN MY STORE?

If you love babyoga and think your store is a good fit for the brand please send a detailed email to hello@babyoga.com.  Please make sure to attach pictures of your store. 

4. HOW DO I GET A JOB AT BABYOGA?

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from babyoga.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
